How do I upload photos? All images must be .jpeg or .gif files. Most photos uploaded from a camera are automatically stored as .jpg files. If your image is not the right file type, most programs allow you to save a file as a .jpg or .gif file. Just make sure the document or image is one page and that it fits the entire page and then click “Save As” under the File heading, then in the “Save as Type” locate the JPEG or GIF (Graphic Interchangeable Format) type and click “Save”. Then you should be able to upload your file.
What if there are no properties or services listed in my area? If there are no properties or services listed in your area, it is likely that GotOffice has not begun marketing in your area yet. Once we begin marketing there, the listings will likely fill up quickly, so please check back regularly.
Can I get a credit back on my premium listing fee if I cancel it prior to the end of the month? No. Each listing that continues into the next billing cycle will be billed for the entire month. There are no credits for partial month listings.
Why doesn’t GotOffice allow listings larger than 2,000 sq. ft.? Most spaces are under 2,000 sq. ft. and those transactions are usually pretty simple. Larger transactions are more complicated and require professional assistance for the best results. Can I convert property and service listings from Basic to Premium and back? For property listing, yes, you may convert from Premium to Basic and back again as many times as you would like. Just use your member pages to adjust the listings. For service listings, once your listing membership is approved as premium, you may not convert them back to basic listings, but you may terminate any listing or cancel your account at any time.
